We want you to be totally satisfied. We are committed to providing excellent service and outstanding products. If you are not entirely happy with any Dr Bells Apothecary products you have received, you can count on our complete help and cooperation.
Price
The prices throughout our website are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate.
Ordering and Payment
We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. No order is accepted by Dr Bells Apothecary until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.
Tax
The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside the United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay for any cause.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your Dr Bells Apothecary purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us. We will undertake to assist in solving any problems.
Refunds
If we have agreed to refund your purchase simply return your goods to us in the original condition within 7 days of receipt, clearly stating that we have agreed a refund. We will then reimburse the full value of the returned goods, providing they are in the condition they were despatched in, less any original delivery charges. Please note that our postal and delivery rates are subsidised by us; they are always more than we charge the customer, therefore if you return goods please do not expect that the refund value will only take account of the delivery charged to you. It will be the actual amount spent by us on the process. The cost of returning goods to us for refund is the responsibility of the purchaser. All of this is conditional on the return of goods in their original packaging and in good condition. We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.
Exchanges
Simply return your purchases to us within 7 days of receipt. We will then despatch replacement goods straight away. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply. Please note that our postal and delivery rates are subsidised by us; they are always more than we charge the customer, therefore if you return goods please do not expect that the refund value will only take account of the delivery charged to you. It will be the actual amount spent by us on the process.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order by emailing sales@drbellsapothecary.com quoting your Dr Bells Apothecary order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us by following our refund instructions. Please note that our postal and delivery rates are subsidised by us; they are always more than we charge the customer, therefore if you return goods please do not expect that the refund value will only take account of the delivery charged to you. It will be the actual amount spent by us on the process.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
Law
Any dispute to be governed by English Law.
